Shower head £89.95 + Scrub & Brush set £29.95 — £119.90 together, yours for £71.95.
The problem was never your shampoo. A cartridge inside the handle reduces the chlorine, copper, iron and lead in your water, and stops the hardness minerals crystallising on to the hair.

How it goes on
Unscrew your old shower head from the hose by hand. Screw the HAIRBLOOM on in its place. Run the water for thirty seconds to wake the filter up. That is the whole job — it fits the standard 1/2 inch hose fitting used on essentially every UK shower, and it needs no tools and no plumber.
What comes in the box
The shower head in the colour you choose, one filter cartridge already fitted, and the Scrub & Brush attachment set — an exfoliating ring and a soft body-brush head that clip over the face of the shower head. One cartridge lasts about 90 days, or roughly 10,000 litres; replacements are sold separately.
If it is not for you
Use it for 30 days. If it has made no difference, email loominouscontact@gmail.com and we will refund you in full and pay the return postage. The head itself is covered for 3 years.
You wash it. You condition it. You comb it through in the shower while it is still soft — and by the time it dries it is straw again. Dry on the outside, oddly stuck to the scalp underneath. It knots while it is still full of conditioner. Most mornings you put the brush down and just tie it up.
So you buy the next thing. A bond builder. A clarifying shampoo. An oil, a mask, a deep treatment you leave on for as long as the box says. It works for one wash. Then the same film comes back, the same tangles, the same dull ends that snap when the comb reaches them. Nothing you own is wrong. It simply cannot outrun what is coming out of the shower head every single morning.
Imagine instead stepping out of the shower and finding it soft while it is still wet. It combs through in one pass, with nothing worked into it. It dries smooth, it catches the light, and it still looks that way on the third day — because the thing that was undoing it every morning is no longer in the water.
HAIRBLOOM™ is built for exactly that.
Why nothing you bought worked
Products work on the hair. This works on the water.
A mask, a bond builder and a clarifying shampoo all do their job on hair that has already been washed in hard, chlorinated water. They are cleaning up after the shower. Then you have another shower.
A filter in the handle changes the input instead. Minerals, chlorine, dissolved metals and grit are taken out in the last few centimetres of pipe, so the water arriving at the shower head is not the water that left the mains. Everything you already own then works on hair that is not fighting a daily deposit.
None of them make the water unsafe to drink. All four of them change what happens to hair and skin, every single day, for years.
Limescale
Where it comes from. Calcium and magnesium carried in the water itself. They are not removed - the cartridge’s scale-control media reduce how they crystallise and cling. Around 60% of the UK is classed as a hard-water area on the water companies’ own hardness maps, and the further south and east you live the harder it gets.
What it does to hair and skin. It leaves a mineral film on the hair shaft, so conditioner and masks sit on top of it instead of going in. Hair feels coarse and looks dull. Skin feels tight and itchy in the minutes after a shower.
Dissolved metals
Where it comes from. Copper and iron picked up from older pipework and tanks on the way to your tap. You cannot see them and they are not a fault — they are a fact of an old housing stock.
What it does to hair and skin. Copper oxidises in hair and shifts the tone of it, which is why blonde and colour-treated hair can pull green or brassy. Iron builds up and makes hair feel heavy and look flat.
Chlorine
Where it comes from. Added at the treatment works to keep the water safe all the way from the plant to your shower. It does its job, and then it arrives in your bathroom.
What it does to hair and skin. It strips the natural oil off hair and scalp. Colour fades faster. Skin that is already dry or easily irritated feels drier still after a hot shower.
Sediment and rust
Where it comes from. Fine grit and rust flakes shed by mains pipes and by the pipework inside the building. The old cartridge coming out of the filter is what this looks like.
What it does to hair and skin. It is abrasive on the hair cuticle and it settles on skin. It is also the reason a used filter comes out grey when it went in white.
The cartridge is a filter formula of activated carbon and scale-control media, and it sits inside the handle of the shower head, so the water is treated in the last few centimetres before it reaches you.
What it holds back
The cartridge goes in white
Everything the cartridge holds back is something that would otherwise have arrived on hair and skin, every morning, for as long as you live in the house.
Illustration — a cartridge at the end of its life beside a new one. Sediment, rust and mineral particles are what the cartridge holds back.Illustration — limescale builds on a shower head the way it builds on a shower screen. The same water is reaching the hair.
Three steps, about a minute, bare hands
1
Unscrew
Take your old head off the hose. It comes away by hand.
2
Screw on
Fit the HAIRBLOOM in its place. Standard 1/2 inch thread.
3
Run it
Thirty seconds of water to prime the filter. Done.
We would rather tell you this plainly than promise you a transformation by Friday. A filter stops something being added; it does not undo what is already on the lengths.
From the first wash
The water feels different to the touch and the pressure is noticeably stronger. Nothing mystical — you have changed what is coming out of the head.
Two to three weeks
Hair stops picking up new mineral film, so conditioner starts behaving the way the bottle says it should. Combing gets easier first.
Around a month
Enough new growth and enough washes that the lengths are no longer carrying a month of build-up. If it has not made a difference by here, the 30-day window is still open.

What comes in the box
Everything needed to start is in the box, including the Scrub & Brush set that would otherwise be £29.95 on its own.
The shower head
In Onyx, Graphite or Snow White. Matte finish, chrome bezel, knurled metal collar.
One filter cartridge
Already fitted, ready to use. Good for about 90 days.
Scrub & Brush set
An exfoliating ring and a soft body-brush head that clip over the face of the shower head. Worth £29.95, included.
The cartridge
About 90 days, then a new one
One cartridge is good for roughly 10,000 litres — about 90 days for a household of two or three. There is no warning light and there does not need to be: unscrew the collar and look at it. It goes in white and it does not come out white.
Changing it takes under a minute. One is already fitted in the box.
Fit it, use it for 30 days, and pay attention to how the hair combs out. If it is no different, email loominouscontact@gmail.com. We refund you in full and we pay for the return — no form, no photographs, no argument. The head itself is covered for 3 years.

Questions before you buy
Will it change the water pressure?
Yes — upwards. The nozzle ring narrows the flow, which raises the velocity of the water. Up to 200% more pressure than a standard head, on the same plumbing. If anything, you may want to turn the tap down.
How do I install it?
Unscrew your old shower head from the hose. Screw this one on. Run the water for thirty seconds to prime the filter. It fits the standard 1/2 inch hose thread used on essentially every UK shower, so there is nothing to buy and nobody to call.
How quickly will I notice anything?
Most of what a filter does is what it stops adding. The water feels different the first time you use it. Hair takes a few weeks, because you are waiting for the lengths that were washed in unfiltered water to grow past — which is why the trial is 30 days and not five.
How often does the filter need changing?
About every 90 days, or 10,000 litres, for a household of two to three. There is no warning light: the cartridge is visible when you unscrew the collar, and when it has gone from white to grey it has done its work. Replacement filters are sold separately.
Is it a water softener?
No, and it does not claim to be. It does not strip the calcium and magnesium out of your water the way a plumbed-in softener does. What the cartridge does is reduce how those minerals crystallise and cling — so they stop forming the film that coats hair and the scale that dries on to glass — while it reduces chlorine, copper, iron and lead outright. That is why the water can feel softer without the plumbing.
What if I am not in a hard-water area?
Then limescale is not your problem — but chlorine and pipe metals still are, because those come from the treatment works and from the pipes rather than from the ground. Hardness is only one of the four things the cartridge works on.
What if it does nothing for me?
Use it for 30 days. If it has made no difference, email loominouscontact@gmail.com and we refund you in full and pay the return postage. No form, no photographs, no argument.

About HAIRBLOOM
One product, built to do one job properly. Almost everything sold for dry, dull, unmanageable hair works on the hair. We went a step earlier and worked on the water — because in most of the UK the water is where the trouble starts.
The HAIRBLOOM filtering shower head takes limescale, chlorine, dissolved metals and grit out of your water in the last few centimetres before it reaches you. It fits the hose you already have, by hand, in about a minute.
