Where we ship

The United Kingdom.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day leave us the next working day. Most UK orders arrive 3–5 working days after they ship. We email a tracking link as soon as the parcel is collected.

Packaging

Plain and unbranded. Nothing on the outside of the parcel says what is inside.

If it does not arrive

If tracking has not moved for five working days, email loominouscontact@gmail.com and we will chase it or send a replacement.
