Who we are

SOLEA is an online shop selling the SOLEA Silk 3 Pro. Contact: loominouscontact@gmail.com.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to say it has shipped. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is free. We may change prices, but never after you have placed an order.

What the product is

The Silk 3 Pro is a personal grooming tool that removes hard skin. It is not a medical device and does not treat, cure or prevent any condition. Do not use it on broken skin, open cracks, wounds, or anywhere painful to touch. If you have diabetes, reduced sensation in your feet, or have been advised to leave foot care to a professional, speak to them before using it.

Returns

100 days from delivery for a full refund. Return postage is paid by you unless the item was faulty.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
