The 30-Day Promise

Stronger on the hard days in 30 days — or your money back.

Wear your bracelet every day. If you don't feel stronger on the hard days, email loominouscontact@gmail.com within 30 days of the day your order arrives, with your order number, and we refund what you paid in full, to your original payment method, within five working days.

You keep the bracelet. Nothing needs to be sent back, and you do not have to explain. If the bracelet was a gift, the promise covers it too.

Arrived damaged or not what you ordered?

Email us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery and we send a replacement or refund you in full – your choice. Nothing needs to be sent back.

These keep the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Your legal rights

This promise is offered in addition to your statutory rights, including your right to cancel an online order. Nothing here reduces those rights.
