This page explains what we collect when you buy from TENACIA, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, and what you ordered.
• Payment details — handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — pages viewed and basic device information, through cookies, so we can see which pages work.

Why we use it

To take payment, get your parcel to you, answer your emails, handle returns, and to measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that make the order happen: our shop platform (Shopify), our payment providers, and the carrier delivering your parcel. Each of them only receives what they need to do their part.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years because tax law requires it. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email loominouscontact@gmail.com and we will action it within one month.

Cookies

We use cookies that keep your basket working and cookies that measure advertising. You can block them in your browser; the basket ones are needed for checkout to function.
